Product Introduction
The filling system consists of a liquid cylinder mechanism, a liquid inlet mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a filling valve mechanism, and a switching valve mechanism.
The carbonated beverage enters the feed pipe through the soda mixer. If the beverage in the cylinder is already below the minimum liquid level, the liquid inlet solenoid valve will open and the beverage enters the liquid cylinder. When the liquid level reaches the uppermost line, the valve closes.
There is a certain pressure in the cylinder when filling the gas-containing beverage, which is generally 0.2-0.4MPa. It can be selected according to the type of beverage and the customer’s requirements, but the pressure in the cylinder must be smaller than the pressure in the mixer, otherwise it will be smaller. The beverage cannot be filled into the filling tank. The gas to be pressurized is introduced into the cylinder to ensure a constant pressure in the cylinder. This pressure can be adjusted by the pressure regulating valve of the intake air.
3.3 Filling process of carbonated beverages
The so-called counter filling is to pre-stress the bottle waiting for filling. Firstly, the equal pressure between the liquid cylinder and the beverage bottle is established, which is equivalent to the saturation pressure of the gas in the gas-containing beverage, and then the equipment is installed under the condition. Infusion, the filling process includes the following steps.
