The can filling machine has four filling stations and four carbon dioxide blowing stations. Filling and purging work independently. Each time you enter the work station, there are 8 cans, the first four are filled, the last four carbon dioxide purges, and the carbon dioxide purge is 2 seconds later than the filling to prevent premature carbon dioxide purge. After the dissolved oxygen is too high, the filling head has a foaming function to prevent oxygen from intruding into the beer. Each filling head has an independent bubble control device and a flow meter to double control the wine switch. Automatic falling cover and no cover detection system, the cans will enter the falling cover area after the filling is completed. If the falling cover is unsuccessful, it will enter the screw cover area detection. If no cover is detected, the easy pull can will be in the waiting area and will not be pushed into the screw cap area. Need to be taken out manually.
