Principle of structure and technical parameters

1)Washing Machine

The recoil machine is connected with the empty bottle conveying frame. When the empty bottle enters the scope of the recoil machine, through photoelectric induction, the circuit control system commands the air circuit solenoid valve to act to make the bottle clamping cylinder clamp the bottle mouth, and then the bottle turning cylinder acts to make the bottle mouth downward. Then the disinfectant pump is opened, and a certain pressure of disinfectant is sprayed into the bottle from the nozzle. After 30 seconds, the bottle turning cylinder turns over again Return to the original position, enter the conveying system and enter the next recoil machine.

2)Filling Machine

When the cleaned empty bottle is sent to the lavage machine by the conveying system, the two top barrel cylinders at the bottom act to lift the bottle, so that the bottom of the bottle and the conveyor belt leave without friction. Then the upper filling valve is pushed down into the bottle mouth by the cylinder to fill. After a certain period of time (after filling) (the volume can be adjusted at will), stop filling the top barrel cylinder Move downward so that the bottle filled with water is put on the conveying section and then transported to the capping machine.

3)Capping Machine

Capping machine is determined according to the form of bottle mouth, one is capping type, the other is capping type.

The gland type is a chain type gland, which is composed of two parts: a cover arranging device and a cover arranging device. As long as the cover arranging machine puts a certain number of covers into the cover arranging device, the cover will be straightened out automatically by driving the motor to rotate, and slide out from the slide. The cover on the bucket belt will be covered again and again by the cover belt conveyor which is synchronized with the conveying chain.

Rotary capping: rotary capping is composed of three rotary capping head frames. When the bottles filled with water are transported to the capping machine, they are put to the capping station by the bottle feeding device for capping, and then the rotated bottles are transported to the warehouse for inspection.
