This machine is suitable for a variety of bottled liquids (no bottle shape requirements), especially for liquids and high viscosity oils.

The basic structure

The machine is mainly composed of magnetic cylinder, oil cylinder and electric control components.

The working principle

This machine adopts a quantitative cup structure, and the liquid and oil are quantitatively filled into a bottle through a cylinder. The quantitative accuracy is high, the filling speed is fast, and the double-speed filling is fast and slow, and the quantitative is more accurate.

The specific operation method

(1) Method of adjusting oil quantity

(A). Open the back door.

(B) Loosen the fixing screw of the magnetic switch on the cylinder.

(C). Move the switch up and down to the filling volume position to carry out trial filling, most of them move up, and some move down (the scale is marked with the amount of oil per cell, and the corresponding cell number is moved according to the amount of deviation).

(2) Method of replacing seal ring

(A) Loosen the coupling nut between the cylinder and the cylinder, and remove the connecting rod.

(B). Loosen the four fixing bolts of the cylinder and remove the cylinder.

(C). Put the piston in the cylinder and fix it on the vise.

(D). Remove the old seal with a flat-blade screwdriver.

(E). Boil the new seal ring with boiling water and pry it into the groove according to the direction of the seal ring. Do not install it backwards. Be careful not to damage the seal ring and the piston.

(F). Use a flat-blade screwdriver to insert the piston into the cylinder. When inserting the piston, one person presses the piston rod. One person uses a flat-blade screwdriver to press the seal into the cylinder. Be careful not to damage the seal and the inner surface of the cylinder.

(G). Then install the cylinder and tighten the coupling nut in the original disassembly sequence.

Matters needing attention

1. This machine can be filled with high temperature liquid.

2. The working environment temperature is not lower than 35 degrees Celsius.

3. The case should be well grounded.

4. The intake fuel cup should be replaced with new oil regularly (larger half cup is enough, not full)
