Automatic Vacuuming and Nitrogen Filling Can Seamer

is used to vacuumize, fill with nitrogen and seam all kinds of round cans like tin cans, milk powder cans, plastic cans and paper cans. It is mainly applicable to seam packages for such products as milk powder, protein powder, dried meat, seafood, assorted vegetables, sauces and pickles in pharmaceutical and food industries and so on. It is a kind of ideal equipment necessary for such industries as food, milk powder and pharmacy to keep products fresh and extend the shelf life by vacuuming and nitrogen filling. The machine can be used alone or together with other filling production lines.

 Performance characteristics

Processes of vacuuming, nitrogen filling and seaming are conducted in seamed chamber to effectively prevent air from entering the cans again;

1. Different-sized ring-pull cansand milk powder cans can be seamed by replacing accessories like lid-pressing die, can clamp and lid-dropping device;
2. Can-lidinterlock control: corresponding lid is given only when there is a can, and no lid no can;
3. The machine will stop in the case of no lid: it can automatically stop when no lid is dropped by the lid-dropping device so as to avoid seizing of lid-pressing die by the can and parts damage of seaming mechanism;Auto-control: withPLC (Programmable Logic Control), the machine can be operated on human-machine interface touch panel;
4. All pneumatic components andsolenoid valves are “AirTAC” brand;
5. With high precisiondigital pressure sensor for vacuum pressure detection, the vacuum pressure can be set freely as required;
6. Extremely low vacuum degreecan be achieved with high-pressure vacuum pump;
7. The machine can realize different functions like vacuumingwithout nitrogen filling, no vacuuming & no nitrogen filling, and so on;
8. The outer housingand main parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel to meet hygienic requirements of food and drugs.
